My Made in Box

Subscription

Until when would I be able to subscribe to my bi-monthly box? 

You can subscribe to the box from the 16th of the month before until the 15th ( midnight) of the ongoing month. 

For instance: the February and March box would be ready to order from the 16th of January until the 15th of March midnight. It will be deliver to you within the 3-7 working days once you have placed the order.

*In case, the box is out of stock, your subscription will automatically take place the next following month.

 

What happens once my subscription expires? 

If you have subscribed to a 6 or 12 months subscription plan, your subscription will automatically expires at the end of the plan.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your bi-monthly subscription, you can login into your profile and click on " Cancel my subscription" or contact us at:  info@mymadeinbox.com. To not receive the next bi-monthly subscription, you would need to proceed before the 1st of the month ( first month of the bi-monthly plan). 

For instance, to not receive the April & May box, you would need to contact us before the 1st of April.

 

 

Can I offer the box to my friends & family?

Yes, you can ! Please visit  our "Gift"page

You can offer a 6 or 12 months subscription box in which they will receive 3 & 6 boxes respectively. They would also be receiving a special discount to use on our e-shop.

When can I expect my delivery? 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. 
If there is an unforeseen delay, we will contact you.

I live abroad , will I be able to receive my Made in Box ?

I have not received my box yet, what should I do?

Make sure the courier did not leave a delivery note in your mail box which will enable you to collect it at your nearest post office. 

If at the 30th of the month, you have not received your box yet, please contact us at info@mymadeinbox.com stating your tracking number. We will then get in touch with Royal Mail and make sure you get your box asap. 

Don't forget to show your ID. 

 

How can I change my delivery address ?

Login into your profile and change your address in the " delivery address" section. Please let us know by email once done to ensure it has been modified. 

  

I found a broken item in my box, what should I do? 

We are very sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@mymadeinbox.com with a picture of the broken item, we will do our best to find a solution for you to remain happy with your box! 

 

PAYMENT 

What are the payment methods ?

You can proceed payment with your debit card and through Paypal. 

 

When will I be billed?

You are able to purchase subscriptions on a bi-monthly, 6-month or annual rebillable payment cycle, and you will be billed with your initial purchase. All of our subscriptions will automatically renew by bi-month, 6-month or by year until you cancel your bi-monthly subscription.

We bill on the 1st of each month, regardless of when you subscribe, and aim to ship within 1 to 3 working days.

Monthly subscriptions will be billed £35 every two months on the 1st of the first month.

For instance, if you order the February & March Box, you will be charged £35 on the 1st of February.

Regarding the 6 and 12 month Rebillable Subscriptions - you will be billed in full for your chosen number of months for your subscription at the time of your initial order. After your selected duration if you do not cancel your subscription, you will be renewed for another 6 or 12 months

 

My payment has been refused, what can I do ?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. Have you checked your expiring date on your credit/debit card? You should note that your bank or card issuer may charge you as a result of our processing your credit /debit card payment in accordance with your order. My Made in Box has no responsibility for such charges and you might want to contact your bank directly.

 

Will I receive a proof of payment?

Yes, a payment confirmation will be sent in your inbox!

Don't worry, click on the link below " I forgot my password " and an email will be sent to your inbox to reset a new one!  

I don't receive your emails or newsletters ?

Please contact us at info@mymadeinbox.com and we will have a look at it! 

Check your spams, maybe you will find us there.

What will I find in my box ?

You will find 5 locally handmade goodies carefully sourced by our team and a brochure to get to know your products with some tips on how to use them!

 

Would I be able to choose the items in the box ?

It is not possible to choose the items featured in the box but we will be happy to hear from you to meet your expectations for the future boxes. 

 

I fell in love with one of the item in the box and would like to purchase it again, where can I find it? 

You can find it on our e-shop available in different sizes.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased on the e-shop ?

You can return it unopened and unused within 14 days of the date of despatch. The date the items were despatched to you by us will be detailed in the documentation with your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.

What is my Made in Box ?

My Made in Box, it is an unique experience and a real immersion within the country in search of its well-crafted products. By subscribing, you will receive every two months a box 5 locally made goodies 
from natural & organic skincare to fashion accessories and wellness products, all in a travel size. You will then be able to find them on our e-shop.
